Who we are
Ryder AI Pty Ltd is a Queensland-based AI consultancy. We design, build, and operate private AI systems for Australian businesses. RyderAI-managed hosting runs under an agreed Australian data boundary. Third-party model-provider use is not default and is handled only where explicit in the engagement scope.

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly:
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you submit via our contact form.
- Website analytics: limited operational telemetry and server logs used to understand site performance. No cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act unless you voluntarily include it in a message.
Why we collect it

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing. Any third-party model API use for client work must be explicit in the engagement scope.
Storage and security
Contact form data for this site is stored inside RyderAI-managed Australian hosting. We apply access controls, encryption at rest, and deployment-specific security controls to protect stored data. Retention period: enquiry records are kept for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Limited operational telemetry and server logs are used for site performance and security. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting core site functionality.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we have breached the APPs.
