Who we are
Ryder AI Pty Ltd is a Queensland-based AI consultancy. We design, build, and operate AI systems for Australian businesses. Our infrastructure is located in Queensland — we do not use external AI APIs or send client data offshore.

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly:
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you submit via our contact form.
- Website analytics: anonymised usage data (page views, referrer, browser type) via server-side logging. No cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act unless you voluntarily include it in a message.
Why we collect it
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry or request.
- Assess project fit.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary to operate our services:
- Email delivery: enquiry notifications are processed via our Queensland-hosted mail infrastructure.
- Accounting and legal: where required to meet tax or legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).
We do not send personal information offshore. We do not use US-based AI services to process your data.
Storage and security
Contact form data is stored on servers in Queensland, Australia. We apply access controls, encryption at rest, and network isolation to protect stored data. Retention period: enquiry records are kept for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Session behaviour is logged server-side in anonymised form only. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting core site functionality.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we have breached the APPs.

We update this policy when our data practices change. The current version is always at ryderai.com.au/privacy-policy. Material changes will be noted here with a revision date.
